Maximal Accessibility and 360° Visibility

The console features an ergonomic stepped "cascade" layout: the touchscreen display sits up front, the vessel rests on the main platform, magnetic reagent bottle holders mount behind, and feed pumps sit overhead. This arrangement guarantees 360° visual monitoring of the vessel, keeps liquid tubing connections short, and grants easy physical access to all side ports during inoculation and sampling.

Maximal Accessibility and 360° Visibility

The Minifor2Bio touch reimagines laboratory bioprocessing with a unique cascading stepped design that optimizes visibility, access, and benchtop space. By distributing core components around the vessel rather than stacking them in bulky side towers, the system delivers unmatched usability within an ultra-compact footprint—accommodating working volumes from tens of milliliters up to over 5 liters.

Key Design Highlights

  • At-a-Glance Touch Interface: Positioned directly at the front, the Minifor2Bio touch display shows all live process values, setpoints, alarms, and pump states simultaneously—eliminating menu scrolling so you can assess culture status instantly.

  • 360° Vessel Visibility & Ergonomic Access: Set on the primary platform above the infrared heater, the vessel offers a clear view of your culture from all angles. Angled side necks simplify electrode, port, and tubing access.

  • Logical Cable & Tubing Routing: Probe cables and agitator connections are grouped neatly behind the vessel, keeping electrical lines separated from liquid reagent tubing.

  • Flexible Magnetic Bottle Holders: Reagent bottles sit securely on the second tier using magnetic bases, allowing rapid repositioning for various bottle shapes and sizes without wasting space.

  • Overhead Adjustable Pumps: Mount peristaltic pumps on overhead support plates above the reagent bottles for the shortest possible tubing runs to the vessel, minimizing dead volume and providing real-time visibility into pump activity.
